After designing a brand and identity that reflects your organization or community, promoting and maintaining that brand is paramount. Making sure that the carefully created brand guidelines are adhered to by not just your organization, but all of those organizations that your’s interacts with is as important as the creation of the brand. Brand guidelines go a long way to maintaining consistency, but the larger the reach your organization or community has, the more possibilities that arise for the brand to be used in ways that don’t reflect all you put into building it.
